Can I live in my home during the renovation?
It depends on the size and scope of the renovation but for the majority of our clients they live in the house while we renovate.

What is the timeline for the project?
Yes we do. We oversee both our own lead carpenters and labourers as well as a team of Kelowna’s best specialty contractors (electricians, plumbers, painters, HVAC, drywallers, etc). Most of our subcontractors have worked for us for many years, and all of them have signed and adhere to the same code of conduct that our employees do.
